1) فراخوان کارگاه موسسه حقوق و سیاست جهانی
The IGLP Scholars Workshop is an intensive, regionally-focused residential program that brings together an international cohort of young doctoral scholars, post-doctoral scholars and junior faculty for intensive collaboration, mentoring, and cross-training. Thailand Institute of Justice will take place in Bangkok, Thailand from January 6-10, 2019!
We encourage participation from scholars across Asia and worldwide who would benefit from intensive collaboration with their global peers and IGLP’s junior and senior faculty. Applications and at least one letter of recommendation must be submitted by Friday, September 21, 2018.

in the Max Planck Research Group “Shades of Illegality in International Peace and Security Law” led by Dr. Christian Marxsen
The Research Group explores the role of contestation and deviation from norms in the field of the prohibition on the use of force in international law. One part of the project is dedicated to empirically researching the different interpretive patterns that State representatives employ towards international law.

“The rule of law in international and domestic contexts: synergies and challenges”
The 2019 ESIL Research Forum will take place on Thursday, 4 and Friday, 5 April 2019 at the Institute for International Law and European Law, Faculty of Law, University of Göttingen, Germany.
Forum invites the submission of papers addressing related issues along the following lines:
1. Roots, boundaries and interactions: conceptualizing the rule of law at international and domestic levels
2. Commitments, achievements and blind spots? - The rule of law and the United Nations
3. The rule of law in international and regional courts and tribunals: impacts, shortcomings and a “mission educatrice”?
4. The rule of law and development (developing countries): multilateral and bilateral cooperation and persuasion
5. The European Union and the rule of law
6. The significance of the rule of law for global public goods, global commons and fundamental values
7. The rule of law in times of populism, nationalism and power politics

The Max Weber Programme is the largest international postdoctoral programme in the Social Sciences and Humanities in Europe. It offers around 60 fully funded Fellowships to suitably qualified researchers from anywhere in the world who work in or across the relevant disciplines of the EUI (Economics, History, Law and Social and Political Sciences and their subfields). The working language of the Programme is English.
