1) فراخوان چکیده فراخوان کنفرانس
The Symposium Committee invites the submission of abstracts on these issues. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the joint symposium issue in either the California Western Law Review or International Law Journal.
Individuals should submit:
(1) A 500-700 word abstract that discusses the proposed symposium topic and outlines the contents of the paper;
- Abstract should include the title of the manuscript, name, and email address of the author;
(2) The curriculum vitae of the author; and
(3) A cover letter indicating whether the author is interested in participating as a speaker in the Symposium Conference (see below) and whether the author has a journal preference for publication (Law Review or International Law Journal).
Abstracts are due by October 30, 2018 and should be submitted to lawreview@cwsl.edu with “Border Myths Symposium Issue” in the subject line. The Symposium Committee will notify finalists whether their proposed manuscript has been selected for publication by November 16, 2018.

The 16th ASLI Conference 2019
The purpose of the annual conference is to bring together scholars of Asian law from within and outside Asia to interact, share ideas and build collegial networks which may facilitate dialogue and research collaborations. We hope that this research forum will be widely used to bring together collaborators in various projects. Presenters and non-presenters are encouraged to connect with fellow academics before the conference and to start thinking about potential research projects.
The conference format remains broadly the same as in previous years: there will be numerous parallel sessions over two days. The broad theme of the 2019 conference is The Rule of Law and the Role of Law in Asia.

The Killam Scholarship and Prize Programmes were established in memory of Izaak Walton Killam through the Will of his wife, Dorothy Johnston Killam, and through gifts made during her lifetime. Their primary purpose is to support advanced education and research at five Canadian universities and the Canada Council for the Arts.
Annual Value: $50,000 annual stipend for a maximum of two years, plus a travel research allowance of $4,000 over two years

The Exeter Centre for International Law is delighted to invite you to a conference on “Legal Resilience in an Era of Hybrid Threats” on 8–10 April 2019 at the University of Exeter. The aim of the event is to explore the legal challenges presented by hybrid threats and to develop the notion of legal resilience as a framework for countering these challenges more effectively.
