توضیح:

قانون منع رد صلاحیت بر اساس جنسیت (1919)، بیان می دارد:

یک فرد نباید بر اساس جنسیت یا ازدواج از اِعمال هرگونه عملکرد عمومی یا انتصاب یا داشتن مقام قضایی و مدنی و یا برای ورود یا برای اشتغال به هرگونه مشغله حرفه ای و مدنی یا شغلی یا پذیرفته شدن در هر جمعیتی (چه سلطنتی یا هر نوع دیگر)، رد صلاحیت گردد.

The Revue libre de droit ("RLD") is a newly created, free, open-access, independent and non-profit law review which aims at addressing recent and new legal issues of global importance.

The deadline for submitting papers is fixed on April 30, 2018. CFP

Authors will be notified at the very latest in June 2018. Selected articles will be published in the RLD in June 2018.

Papers should be submitted through the journal’s electronic submission system.
